Since all units are very efficient with no space to spare, residents appreciate an on site guest room for family and out of town visitors. It can be rented for a nominal fee, and has an attached bathroom with an ADA accessible shower. It shares an outdoor courtyard with the Community Room.

When not in use for guests, this space can also provide additional area for events too large for the community room alone, as well as for meditation and other uses.
