Unit 1 was combined with another unit in 2008, creating a 2 bedroom unit. The two smaller kitchens were combined into a more spacious and open kitchen with solid oak cabinets and granite counter-tops, including an island in the center for additional food preparation area. All flooring was replaced with solid bamboo except in the bathrooms where ceramic tile was used for the floors and the tub surrounds.
