Laundry and Mail Room
The laundry and mail room also known as the “Sunrise Room”, offers the following amenities
for its residents:

clothes drying racks (clothesline is available outdoors)

individual mail boxes for all units and a junk mail bin

bios and photos of residents posted by their mail boxes

3’x10′ separate locked storage units for most apartments

Sunrise Room
Sunset Room Recycling Area
The adjacent “Sunset Room” is a project space for workers and residents. It also hosts our recycling center and free shelves to this space. Here we recycle: various plastics, batteries, styrofoam blocks and peanuts, corks, fluorescent bulbs, spectacles, paper bags, and other items. We also stock a mailing center with recycled shipping containers and bubble wrap, and other items to facilitate resident shipping projects.
